Have you ever started pumping gas and get so lost in the riveting TV show being played that you end up staying there for an extra ten minutes? Me neither. However, they’re great for quick and exclusive content from ESPN, CNN’s Headline News, Buzz Today, Bloomberg TV, and Accuweather.

This experience is owned by the start up GSTV. Originally funded by Detroit’s own Dan Gilbert, Gas Station Television now serves over 3000 locations. GSTV was founded in 2006 and currently has over 52 million viewers monthly.

GSTV is now moving downtown to 1201 Woodward Ave from Birmingham. The move brings with it 80 additional people working downtown in a 15000 sqft space.

“Downtown Detroit has become a leading destination for innovative technology businesses. We are thrilled to fuel our network’s continued rapid growth out of this emerging community,” said David Leider, CEO of GSTV. “Our all-new modern workspace in this thriving environment is exciting for our current team and will allow us to attract even more top talent.”

Another great addition to downtown business.
